The Link Between Vision and Learning
CEUs provided at no extra charge
In 2015 the MOA began providing no-cost vision exams for children who failed the 3rd grade reading assessment. The results showed 88% of children who took advantage of those exams required some form of vision correction. Come learn how to spot vision issues in the classroom and school before they affect a child’s ability to learn!

The Vision and Learning Link: It Starts Early
Vision is often made much more complicated than necessary. There are questions to be asked and tests to do that are very revealing to help determine if the issue is vision related or needs further diagnosis. The extensive use of digital devices is becoming a problem in developing attention. Options will be included for helping children become more efficient in things they do in life.
